You have two options when booking a make-up lesson:

OPTION 1

1. Access your account by clicking on the appropriate site page (Aliso Viejo, Laguna Hills, Ladera Ranch).  Once there, click on the “Parent login” button and enter your credentials, e-mail address and password.  If you forgot your password, you can always request a new one.

2. Click on “classes” to access our schedule.

3. Filter by “day” if you have a preference so that the lessons displayed are for the day that you are requesting.

4. Once you see the schedule of lessons, you can click on “request” for the lesson time that coordinates with your schedule. Please remember to only look for lessons in your childs assigned lesson plan.

5. Once you request a class, make sure you pick the correct student (if you have multiple children taking lessons) and click “make up” from the drop down menu for “enrollment type.”  *Do not change the day of lesson as we will know what you are requesting based on the information received.

6. You can either include notes or just click on “submit” and you are done.

7. Once we receive your request we will either accept or deny.  In almost all cases, if done correctly, we will accept your request.

8. Please remember, you can start to request a makeup lesson on Sunday (Sunday before week you are requesting) and you can only request a makeup lesson for the following week.  We will deny anything outside of these parameters.

OPTION 2

Give us a call during our office hours – 9:00 – 5:00 PM and let us know what day and time you would like (949-388-4545).  Here is the downside to doing it this way, you will have to wait until Monday while other families are signing up on Sunday.

*One quick note, if you are using a MAC, please make sure that you download firefox (www.mozilla.com).  Safari is not compatible with our software and will only cause you headaches.  I am an avid MAC user and find firefox to be much better then safari anyways!
